1. Tracking daily sales and bankings. I tracked the daily sales through generating a daily sales report indicating all the day's sales per revenue stream, the modes of payment used, and the credit sales and thereafter establish the cash needed for the day's operations as well as the cash for banking. 2. Managing tax affairs (Filing, reconciliations, etc). FIling the monthly returns of PAYE, VAT, and NSSF and processing payments for the arising liabilities thereof. 3. Monitoring the daily maintenance operations as well as the human resources of the organisation to ensure that they are delivering as expected.  4. Tracking daily expenses 5. Generating month end financial reports and inventory reports. 6. Recruiting staff as and when need arises. 7. Any other duties within my line of duty and those as assigned by my supervisors.
