Iam Mukalu Johnson, a Ugandan by natioality aged 31 years.Iam currently working with Royal Van Zanten Uganda as an Expedition clerk this 2024, and I have worked for RVZ from 2022 to 2023 as a Cold room operater export department. I embrace team work, I easily get along with others.Iam hard working, deligent, strategic, organised, observant,a problem solver,analytical,compliant,focused and determined. I pay attention to all details, Iam mindful about others.Iam passionate with work and its environment.Iam objectively a planner and posses strong and sound decision making skills.Iam good at coordinating duties.I consider quality in all my assignments.Iam self motivated, punctual and honest. Working as a cold room operater in the export department has equiped me with decision making skills, communication skills, team work abilities and conflict resolution skills. This is because orders are chosen basing on their priorities and not necessarily urgence. working upon this has taught me to work for a collective win at every stage of production and it has highly helped me, my collegues and the organisation to increase productivity, performance and profitability effectively. working as an Expedition clerk has sharpened my strategy and planning skills. My procurement and inventory skills have also increased since in this position I deal alot with material management, being incharge of paper work in my depertment under this position  has increased my analytical skills,compliance skills, communication skills and decision making skills. My future goal is to work hard and become the Export lead to contribute strongly to my organisation. Iam consultative and I keep good relations with my senior export managers, Iam also good at net working internally and externally.Iam taking a step of studying for more skills.Iam also making alot of research on the same topic of Export.
