Volunteered to assist the children, elderly and sick people on their health and wellness issues in Tynwald Township, Harare. Exercised recommended lifting, moving, and handling techniques to bedridden patients. Changed diapers/pads per rising need taking note of skin integrity. Applying moisturizers and barrier creams to maintain good skin integrity.   Applied first aid treatment to residents where necessary, for example, on miscellaneous accidents like, burns, nose bleeding and insect bites, this saved life by 90%. Damp dusting sick rooms to ensure clean and hygienic environment put infection under control by 98%. Spearheaded risk assessment of residents/ patients, developing individualised care plans, implementing, and evaluating them this enhanced working relations by 90%. Assessed and planned for the educational needs of the residents, patients and / or families, for example COVID 19 education, HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis, and reproductive health, this boosted compliance by 70%.
