Being a junior officer in the Field with no experience and learning from my Senior Officers. My role primarily as Crime Staistician is collecting and analysing crime data ,Prepare reports,which I compiled on a Monthly basis and also assisting with other admin duties.My job was a lot more easier because I managed my time well and always learn to discipline myself in my work and also adhering to the RPNGC Code of Ethics and Standing Orders.My biggest Challenge I faced and is still facing is the knowledge and skills or the tools to make my work more interesting and easy..It was through Alison that I find what I had been looking for.So Im here and Im going to educate myself on courses  relating to my job descriptions and also exploring other courses as well.
