I cannot click my computer WHY?

i m having trouble getting the screen big enough to be able to click in the top right corner to continue

I cannot pass this stage , because every time I double-click the My Computer icon as commanded the arrow keeps on telling me to try again. I did that several times to no avail. What do I need to do ?
