How to access Google's Firebase repository and set up a new project is shown. Here, Firebase is added to the iOS app. Downloading the Google service p-list is shown. Making sure that the Target Membership is checked, is shown. The Firebase SDK is added to the x-code project. Using 'Cocoapods' as an add-on to your project is shown. Firebase and Firestore code is added to the podfile of the project. Initialisation code is added to the iOS app project so that Firebase can be used. iPhone app icons are added to the project. The project is run, demonstrating the smartphone interface.
