    If I were an internship supervisor, I would encourage Mary but giving her an in site on the day to day operations of the hospitality industries. Let her know and understand that being a waitress is a very good place to start. I would encourage her to focus on the kitchen, ask questions about menu planning, when she can do a test taste on the different sauces. learn, learn, learn.

    Work load being a waiter/waitress is very heavy especially during busy operation they having split shifts /overtime and getting pay very less salary
