The ability to maintain a very good personal hygiene 2. know your product. 3. Be patience especially to people whose language is foreign to yours. 4.Be friendly and give relevant answers to relevant questions. 5. Be sure that you understand the client's needs and deliver accurately and in a timely manner. and the list goes on

    1.Customer satisfaction: A staff of any hospitality organization must always ensure that the guest/customer gets exactly the service they demand or ordered for, with no less satisfaction. As this could harm a company's reputation. 2. Personal hygiene: A staff of any hospitality organization should maintain a proper personal hygiene, this would reduce the risks of food contamination. 3. Look Neat and smart: A staff of a hospitality organization must appear neat and smart at all time as this could go a long way in building a customer's confidence on quality of the services that awaits. 4. Good communication skills: He or she must be willing to always get adequate information of what a customer wants and if need be get back to the customer and interact in the most simple language necessary. 5. Safety of lives and and properties: The safety of live and properties of guest most be paramount to any staff in the hospitality industry

Organized To stay on top of the multitude of tasks you'll face as a hospitality employee, you have to be organized and multitask without difficulty Knowledgeable of Safety/Hygiene Issues Successful hospitality employees are familiar with rules of safety and hygiene as they apply to food serving places, hotels, and other places where people spend time.

The required quantities that a successful staff member in the hospitality industry should possess are looking after the basic needs of customers,kindness,providing the required food ,drinks and accommodation,honesty and patience . I think i possess these qualities.
