    I can recall going on holiday to India. I went to a restaurant in Amritsar. Less then 2 mins after sitting down and looking at the menu's, I had a waiter ready to take my order. He was very friendly and polite. We ordered some drinks a beer jug for 2-4 people. The food came out before we finished the drinks. Food was very fresh and delicious (non veg platter). The price for the drinks and meal were so good that we decided to have more drinks. We left feeling very happy with the restaurant and visited them several times again before I returned to the UK. This company definitely fitted in the wow section we discussed in the previous stages.

    When I brought my daughter to McDonalds for a happy meal, I left my purse at home, she started to cry and a worker brought her a happy meal because he overheard the conversation. I told him thanks and I also told the Manager what he did and will bring the money back. She said no, that's apart of customer service. I said thanks with a smile.
