    Traditionally, employees are asked to participate in an exit interviews. We cannot solve problems of employees when they are leaving because most are very dissatisfied at the time of leaving. What needed to be done is that while being employed, these very questions can be reshaped and asked. This will definite significantly reduced the cost of turnovers.
