LeaderNation 360 ros: The competency library is excellent and the online set up is a snap. The report print out is very useful when sitting down with clients as it has all competency definitions listed, average scores of all the participants, and qualitative comments from users which provide rich context while coaching. The end of the print out has goal setting materials which is very effective at laying out a roadmap for performance enhancement. I've seen just how effective the tool is in raising awareness in people about their overall leadership characteristics, and how slight changes in their approach have led to higher bottom line profits. Cons: Getting all the users on the same page was a bit of a challenge, but once I set a detailed email with instructions to all the participants everything fell in line. Overall: I would highly recommend LeaderNation to consultants and managers alike that are intersted in setting up an easy to use high quality 360 evaluation program. MyFeelBack Pros: Easy to use Cons: I can't see any Overall: MyFeelBack is very easy to use and powerful to empower our customers ! A great app for marketing and sales teams.

Q: What are the steps we should take when developing a performance review process? Ans: The steps to take when developing a performance review process is 1] To develop an evaluation form. 2] To identify performance measures. 3] To set guidelines for feedback. 4] To create disciplinary and termination procedures. 5] To set an evaluation schedule. It is advisable to run the finished system by your attorney to identify any potential legal problems that should be fixed.
