    I like the emphasis placed on internal and external forces impacting the consumer. I also like the idea that marketers must understand the consumer. It is not enough to build a great product. If the consumer has no desire for the product due to individual or external influences, the product will not be purchased.

    As an educator, I find many students do not like all the technological changes occurring in course delivery; many are angered with this. Wouldn't this be the result primarily of individual determinants impacting student choice to leave a program due to constant tech changes in course delivery?
