Consumer behavior in connection to customers relations to how a product or brand is perceived. ...looking at a product from the perspective of a consumer my first question will be: * what benefit will I derive from this product... if I dole out my $1 bill will I derive satisfaction from this. If yes, then i'll be a loyal customer which brings about Brand loyalty. But if No, then my perception about such a product will change. Satisfaction is key in the mind of a consumer

I am currently looking to join a major retail company and would like to be able to add to my knowledge of consumer behaviour. I think I have great customer relation skills but would benefit highly from investigating the psychology behind it. If the course is done well, it could be extremely beneficial to people across the board.
