    In a situation that a well drafted supply chain module and design had been laid down but there might be an extreme variable, a wild card so to speak that has thrown the company totally out of cost balance, is one supposed to try and ride out the storm hoping for a change or cash out while the wound is fresh , for example, political conflict or natural disasters, im not too sure that companys in Nepal such as the recent earthquake have a laid out plan since there have been recurrences and the frequency isn't calculable
