Everything today can be either good or bad for your nervous system for example coffee, tea, fizzy drinks. But its the amount each person consumes during the day. I dont think people are aware what stimulants can do to your nervous system they are just wanting that feel good feeling. Which eventually there body will need more each time to keep getting that"feel good feeling"
