There is no one theory stating why exercise improves mental health. Neurologically, neurotransmitters, endorphins, and dopamine all assist with positive mental health, feeling good, and work as antidepressants. Because all systems are activated during exercise, it is not possible to tell which one specifically is assisting with depression and anxiety or if it is the combination. Physically, the muscles become warm, which feels good and relieves tension.

Much like chocolate, not only does exercise increase the more oxygenated blood flow to your brain it also helps increase the endorphins in your brain, in return helping to fight off depression tendencies.

Very interesting.Personaly I feel great after a good workout.Make me feel confident and in control.I also feel less stress and anxious.I've been using exercises on my daily basis to combat my anxiety and no side effects notice. It is good data, but looks like that I can't continue
