    Whereas "exercise can enhance mood and reduce stress levels..." it is quite challenging to stick to regular physical activity. I have know people who started out on such activity and dropped it after two weeks. Well, I believe that there is a relationship between exercise and our mood because, personally, each time I foresee a busy and likely to be stressful schedule I make sure I do physical exercise....And this has always helped me.

    Why isn't yoga and other eastern exercises systems emphasize in middle school. It seems a simply technique that young minds could grasp?

    Maybe the time has come to deemphasize American football and embrace soccer like the rest of the world. Soccer seems to be less violent and allows normal size people to participate.
