    Anesthetic Agents are classified into general anesthesia, under general anesthesia we have the Inhalation anesthesia and Intravenous anesthesia. The properties of Intravenous anesthesia are through rapid onset, rapid recovery, Analgesia at sub anesthetic concentrations, Minimal cardiovascular and respiratory depression. There are many kinds of anesthetic agents and it varies accordingly. The anesthesiologist is in charge of what type of anesthesia is to given to the patient.
