A very interesting introduction. Though these steps seem obvious with hindsight, it is very tempting to rush ahead with a project with no coherent idea as to what EXACTLY you are creating and for whom. I can sympathise with comments about the accent. As a native speaker of English who has been exposed to all sorts of accents, even I found it a little hard. Luckily, there are background notes, and the option to Google terms to get other perspectives on things (i.e. research). I was a bit confused as to the idea of 3M Post It notes as being a 'delighter'. If we are using the examples of a mobile phone (or dry cleaning business), why not bring in an example of a 'delighter' from these sectors so as to make the idea clearer. Besides, surely the Post It note is a product in itself, not a feature of a product. I'd expect for a Post It the customer criteria would be: range of sizes, endurance of stick, lack of residue when unpeeled, range of colours, strength of paper, price, etc.
