    Handling food in the industry we must develop a proper attitude than memorizing the dos and don'ts once you learn the basic sanitation principles the rules become common sense by making clear to everyone that sanitation is priority when purchasing,receiving, storing, preparing , serving foods and to know the difference between inspection , grading and thawing
