Very important to keep in mind.
Very important to keep in mind.
I think it can help to move students around in a group classroom and the students can get too comfortable working with their friends, by moving the students around they get another chance to talk to other people and in time build up confidence in the new language.
Classroom management is of great importance with different age groups because they all aren't the same kids, teens, and adults.
The info is very interesting! Teacher should always think about the aim and objectives while planning her/his lesson.
Instructors should be mindful of their students' strengths and weaknesses and constantly continue to work with their students on them.In additional instructions shouldnt archor them selves to their desk without moving around the classroom. In my opinion classroom management is the most important aspect of instructioning your students'.If there is no control within your classroom learning isnt taking place.
Should instructors stay at their desk or move around the classroom when teaching their students'?
it´s a very interesting topic for that teachers from latin american countries

I want to tell some thing here, do not expect , u can teach ESL by these principles.
Some points/ techniques regarding how to assess the learners must be included.
ESL Classroom Management
Managing an ESL classroom is not always easy, especially when most learners have different language proficiencies. Let's take a look at some general strategies for addressing the needs of a "multi-level" class.
First of all, instructors should consider administering a needs assessment to determine all the different needs that their learners have. Instructors should also consider creating different objectives for their learners based on their proficiency level.
For instance, the topic of the lesson can be the same for everyone in the class, even some of the exercises can be the same, but the overall expectation and goal can be different for each proficiency level.
ESL instructors should establish rules from the very first of class. If instructors' rules change on a day to day basis, the learners don't know what to expect and cannot trust that Instructor.
ESL instructors should show their learners that they care about them. They should take the time to ask questions about their students. It is important to remember that not all students actually want to be in class, but they are there because they have to be there.
ESL instructors should always put themselves in their learners' shoes and try to understand their needs and wishes.
Instructors should also try to keep learners constantly engaged.
Instead of constantly sitting behind the desk, teachers should try to move around as much as possible.
Furthermore, they should constantly ask questions about the work their learners are doing and praise them when they do well.
