    Satisfying the ''Boss'' ie. the customer whose money keep you employed because they chose to buy your goods or services should always be your priority. Keeping them coming for more time and again is a result of an excellent service and a healthy customer-service provider relationship. Learning from mistakes and improving on existing services through training of staff and upgrading of skills and tools are signs we are better prepared to handle outcomes and if need be learn from them.

    After completing one or two modules, when i came back the other day, they all go back to RED instead of GREEN. Why is that? or do I suppose to complete the course in one sitting? Please advice.

    How do I know that i have completed a module because I have completed Diploma in Customer service module 2 but I am not seeing anything that shows that i have completed it. Can anyone help me on that?
