    I am doint this course to gain Diploma in Customer Service. As I am taking verty detailed notes, by the time I finish a part of the module & move on to the next topic, the course completion indicator is not registering that I have that topic / section completed! Is there anyway round this bar opening the topic again & zipping through the pages whereby it looks like I am cheating by not actually reading the pages! Andrea

    I feel to a large extent customer care is a way of life, its not something you can turn on at work then switch off after.One has to be happy in order to make others happy/satisfied ,generally the best sales people are happy people.They way internal customers are treated has a direct bearing on their performance and relationships with customers.
