    I think this is a better explanation of 1. Self Concept. Makes more sense.     There are so many approaches to designing learning activities...a constructivist approach to online is ideal with behaviorist modeling throughout. In my own work I prefer a heutagogical approach for building learner confidence and competence.

    It was a good read.. the course material to be designed should be based on the need to satiated.. which eventually depends upon the target audience and their learning styles. According to me David Kolb's way of experiential learning is a universal style. Everyone learns more by actually doing or applying the knowledge in real life..
