    A very simple explanation of how to calculate blood sugar levels from mg/dL to mg/L, to g/L, to g/human and finally to amount of teaspoons of sugar (glucose) in the average human body. Also briefly mentions that a larger person would have more blood in their bodies compared to the average sized human (5L of blood), thus, more glucose as well compared to the average person ( approx. 1.2 teaspoons = 1 teaspoon)

    normal fasting test or before a meal should be 80 miligrammes per decilitre . there are 800 miligrammes per litre. 0.8g per litre. the average body has 1 teaspoon of glucose in your bloodstream
