    I am really enjoying the exercises. It is also good to learn about the benefits of the various poses. Currently, I am experiencing a lot of stress and although I am normally very flexible my body is unable to stretch as deeply as normal and it is weak. After the exercises, the soreness that I am feeling throughout my body lessened and I feel stronger. The instruction is well-paced and easy to follow.

    Nice side stretches -- one tip I have when in Warrior II -- if shoulders are raised, turn the palms up and then back down and they will (or should) drop -- always worked in my classes.
