The position that calls for you to intertwine your arms and turn gave me a weird feeling on my right side neck to head area after I did it, if I had to guess it was some sort of movement of blood, the feeling didn't last long . Anyone know what that could've been?
A thing else, what of " flex foot to protect the knee." Or how does flexy foot protect knee. I like sordid instruction, 'foot side'.

Great explanation of Eagle Post -- well done! When teaching, I always struggle to instruct this one. Again, she mentions the strap, but having one to demonstrate for those who are not familiar would be helpful.
