Outdoor Education - Grading for bike riding
Grading for bike riding

Short steep gradients

The quality of the track is graded on a scale 1-8; with the higher the
number the greater the need for better tyres, the slower the travel and the
more challenging the ride.
Country road - unsealed
Rough dirt road
Roughest 2WD road
Abandoned fire trail
Overgrown track - rocks, corrugations, erosion gullies, etc.
Walking track - narrow, overgrown, sand and roots
