HR Management should ensure it policies protect the weak. They should be provided with equal opportunities like other.     HR Manager as well as all other managers must be on the look out on the discrimination in the work place so that all employees are happy so that the objectives of the organisation is met. There must be posters within the organisation about discrimination so that all can see and follow, becaouse its not only managers who can discriminate but the employees themselves also can do it.
