    Human Resource Managers and management, must understand that there are labour laws that protect employees and these laws must be adhered to the later , they must also be aware that there are also different legislation's, by the community of the location of organisation, this legislation's be it local, state of federal, maybe concerning the environment, could be taxation, or duty on produced goods and services, these laws or legislation's must be adhered to to avoid litigation which could impact negatively on the image and status of the organisation.

    There are a variety of federeal laws,executive orders,ete,regarding the selection and treatment of individuals in the workplace.Most notable are federal laws established by the employee law civil right act designed to ensure that equal eployment opportunity. Equal employment opportunity guidlines are intended to provide equal opportunities without regard to race,religion,origin,sex,age or disability.Various other laws are designed to ensure safety in the workplace,fair pay standards and fair treatment of employee,etc. There are organisations that do not adher to these rules,internally, they impliment and practice what is contrary .
