    Industrial democracy has its upsides and downside. It has indeed enabled employee empowerment to a large extent because the employees are readily heard and management has no choice but to effectively manage the organization human resources and systems and structures to ensure organizational growth and success

    HR Management should be aware of the fact that The Human Resource department is elasticity in nature, therefore should be able to pre-empt changes to demands, that might arise from the organisation stakeholders that have their stake interest to protect, so also changes, that might arise that could impact on the organisation from, social, political, legal cultural economic, and technological development, there is also the union attitude that could impact either negatively or positively towards productivity

    There are different overall types of organisational change, including planned versus unplanned ,organisations wideversus cchange primarily to one part of the organisation, incremental (slow, gradual change,versus transformational (radical, fundamental,etc. .... knowing which types of change you are doing helps all participants to retain scope and perspective during the many complexities and frequent frustrations during change.
