    The HR manager is the bridge between managent and employees, his ability to manage conflicts between management and employees has a lot to do in the smooth running of the organization, necessity is laid upon him to ensure that all conflicts are resolved for the organization to achieve her goals and objectives. Management as well should listen to the demands of the employees to ensure a level playing ground for organizational progress.

    Industrial dispute are common in workplace for some varying obvious reasons ranging from conflict of interest between management and employees. HR manager should take a proactive stance in resolving the conflict to avoid disrupting activities in the organisation that could impact negatively on productivity.

    Employees in most organisation employs conflicts strategy in resolving pressing issues they felt the organisation is not paying serious attention to .Employees employ the strike strategy which will crippled the activities of the organisation. This way attention of the organisation and ideas of resolution becomes visible. Such conflicts can as well be avoided if the the management pays attention to the yarning of the employees . A level playing ground that will reflect positively on both parties should be adhere to in other not hamper the organisational objectives.

    conflicts are always there but they need to be handled well so that hey do not affect the running of he organisation. HR Manager need to have a good relation ship with employees so that they can approach him when every things are not in order without fear.
