To achieve this high level set objective an employee prior to his resumption of work will have to undergo some form of skill training, the employee performance at this organisation induction programme designed to evaluate individual performance is to determine his level of competence

    Once a person has been engaged for a job,progress in his or her career must obviously hinge chiefly unpon performance . some staff will inevitably work better than others and this will be reportd in the staff review reforms,which are designed to evaluate an individual's performance and indicate his or her potential for the fucture.Management training is usually necessary for all new recruits and for most people on transferring from one job to another;it is required when a new jobs or functions grow or are created.Above all,mgt training and development works toward achieving the set mission and vission which stands as foundational purpose of the organisation.
