    The obvious fact remains that environment has a lot to play in the motivational factors with regards to employees, so also the labour legislations which should seriously be taken into account' irrespective of whose and which theories that is been applied. To get the best out of employees a motivational approach that puts into consideration employees welfare is of great importance.
