    in order to have a good performances from an organisation, it is crucial to have a objectives and subjectives goals.

    Organizations will look at their principal goals and objectives, their core functions, and the key elements of their policies, then priorities the key indicators or key result areas that they want to measure. There are three stages to the evaluation of organisational performance: WHAT and HOW it has to be measured and the use of the outcomes of the evaluation process. Measures or indicators will need to be established and they will either be quantitative or qualitative in nature. Quantitative indicators are 'objective', as they measure aspects of quantifiable performance. Qualitative indicators are subjective in nature and vary according to who is providing the information.
