Dietary imbalance is harmfull
Mary Martinez My take Is when we continue to eat and snack in between meals, eat late at night, or eat more by k food when we party; we are not thinking about what's good for our body in the long run. The outcome is silently our bodies are giving us tiny signals represent an imbalance in our bodily functions. Of course we think dancing all night, digging up the back yard for the new garden, or running after the kids is enough exercise to cancel out the bad eating habits we feel guilty about. And no, just because German Grandpa Otto had salt on everything and he lived to 100 years old, That's hearsay because no one talks about the poor quality of life Grandpa Otto had. Grandpa probably prayed for an end to his secret misery. Our dietary intake guidelines are there to help us CORRECT our eating habits, or START us on correct eating habits. Mary
