Adding simple algebraic fractions

Algebraic fractions arise in many real situations, usually from formulas
involving division.

Add algebraic fractions like you add number fractions.

Steps:

* Find the lowest common denominator.

* Express all terms with that denominator.

* Add numerators.

* Simplify, if possible.

* Check by substitution.
