Concentration fraction at equilibrium
The value of the Concentration Fraction can be determined at any stage in
a reaction (assuming that you can obtain concentration data) that is
heading towards equilibrium. However it is only at equilibrium that the
concentration fraction (CF) assumes a constant value - numerically equal to
K for that system at the prevailing temperature.
