(a) Give the equation of the reaction occurring during the titration.

(i) the titration flask is rinsed with cleaning agent rather than water.
(ii) the burette is rinsed with water prior to filling it with the HCl(aq)
to be used in the titration.
(iii) the pipette is rinsed with water immediately before taking an
aliquot of the cleaning agent.
