Biology - Viruses
Viruses vary in shape and are extremely small. They are only visible
under an electron microscope.
Viruses are not cells and are not considered living things because they:
* have no cell membrane (instead they have a protein coat)
* cannot reproduce themselves without the assistance of a host cell.
