though the objectives of employees and employers are diametrically opposed but they equally be achieved along the same line. As employees are working so hard according to the designed policy to attract for themselves promotions and higher incentives, they are actually working towards the attainment of the objectives of the organization, which in the end is to increase the profit margin. hence both aims archived.
employee relation should be encaraged,it can build social wealfare and team work.it can lead to peer education.
employers and employees must treat each other with respect.they are both benefiting from each other
Never realized about what or how employee relations worked in our organization, so this gives me a better understanding to me on how HR can help and employee and organization at the same time for the betterment of the organization.
Employee relations simply means the relationship that exist between individual employee, management and the organization as a whole. this indicate the how employers relates to their employees and how employees relates to their colleagues in times of disputes and how grievances are settle as well as when negotiating. A good employee relation makes it easier when implementing terms and condition governing their employment and also new policies for their day to day running of activities in an organization. When an employer make employees know that they are well valued, the employees in turn put out their maximum best to enhanced productivity.
What factors can destroy a good employee relation is an organization?
Diametrically Opposed are the objectives of the employee and employer, yet they must work cohesively and respectfully to achieve the growth of the company. What are some of the ways employers can pacify staff ?
