    It understood that staff rewards is essential to all employees and it created trust in performance and initially give reviving tools to the projects. So I think giving motivation is beneficial to organizations and positive moving.

    Very important part of the employment cycle is the recognition and reward, I know that people appreciated the monetary but appreciated the personal and public recognition of their work and accomplishments too. Another way to motivate.

    Some employers only think of maximizing profit without taking into consideration the non-monetary rewards e.g. office location, canteen facilities, motor vehicles, medical benefits for their employees. Do we consider this fair as an HR Manager?

    Personal and especially public recognition plays a very big role. This makes other workers to improve their performance in order to be eligible for such recognitions. Recognition can also be in the form of promotion. Every human being wants to move up the ladder. If employees are promoted not only in their payslip (personal), but also in their positions (public), then they will work harder to achieve performance thereby reaching the goals and objectives of the organisation
