Point
A point must display shape and size if it is to be seen. Points do not have to be circular; they may be an arrow, letter, square, triangle or any other shape. The only stipulation is that they must be of a size that is small when viewed in relation to the whole page. One of the most common points found in a piece of graphics is the copyright symbol.
