    the most basic skills that need to be acquired, if one is to become a successful manager.are as follows: 1.be a good decision maker-type of decisions you make should not ideally make you a good or bad manager; rather how you make such decisions is what need to be the deciding factor. 2.Good planner-planning events and also delegating to your seniors how to get the work done is very important to managers. 3.Good communication skills-so that everytime when you communicate instructions to workers you are clear and the understand what you are saying.
