Introduction to observation
Let's explore the scientific method of observation and the inferences that
can be drawn from these observations.
There are five main sense organs: eyes, ears, nose, tongue and skin. They
receive and observe outside information.
Here are the five main sensory organs and their functions:
* Our ears receive sound waves and enable us to hear
* Our eyes detect light and translate it into sight
* Noses sense the air and give us smell
* Our tongues and mouths taste for us
* Skin can detect pain, temperature and touch.
