Unless they are infertile,  all living organisms produce offspring.
This process is called REPRODUCTION.
When an organism produces a genetically identical copy of itself, without
the need for another organism, then ASEXUAL REPRODUCTION has occurred.
Sometimes a new organism can be created when a part of an organism is cut
off a new organism. This is what happens when cuttings of plants are made.
