Webpreneurs get rewarded for output, not input. An unlimited number of things will; steal your time such as people calling you, Facebook notifications among others so learn to turn off all distractions.
Set bigger goals and push yourself to achieve them. Without setting goals, you do not have a reason to be productive.
The more effective you can be, the more value you can add to your life, the more people you can help, and the more money you can make.
Take care of your health, have basic exercise equipment, shop for healthy food, keep water on your desk, and joint health activities like going for a walk.
Calculate your hourly rate and out task what you don't enjoy
Add rituals to your life such as drink water, read, go for a run, etc.
Learn to say no to certain things such as invites to a party
