The key points from this module are:
Timing: This is how fast something moves from A - B.
Spacing: This is the distance between each drawing or frame.
Labeling layers while working makes the work organized.
Squash and stretch: This is what gives the animation its flexibility, life, and cartoonishness.
Hangtime is when an object has reached its peak in the air, appearing slower.
Some key points to note when creating the bouncing ball animation:

The more the drawing, the slower the animation
The ball will progressively lose speed after each bounce
Anything going up in the air will recoil to its default state during its hangtime
Line up drawings along arcs so that everything moves nicely
Be sure to check volumes, especially after squash and stretch drawings
Each drawing should be slightly different in order to give it some liveliness
Be sure to extend the exposure of the ground plane to match the end of the timeline
