- The five steps involved in the concreting process are batching, mixing, transportation placing, compaction, and curing.
- Accelerated concrete curing methods are: applying heat, steam curing, infrared curing, and electrical curing.
- The normal methods of concrete curing are wet curing and membrane curing.
- Concrete is considered special if any of the following parameters are outside the normal range; materials, conditions, properties, method of placing and conditions of placing the concrete.
