    - What are outcomes of conflict at the workplace? Conflict creates a window of opportunity to solve disagreement, think out creativity, better mutual understanding, a lesson needed to learn in a job.

    - Which types of job are the most at risk for the workplace violence? In Vietnam, there is a vice of bribery in the local authorities. The local authorities come to companies to examine the status of fire safety, environment protection. We often give them money "under the table" (bribery) in order that they ignore our faults in aforementioned issues. In my company, the chief accountant has the responsibility to work with the local authorities in this regard. We don't know exactly how much money he gives to the local authorities. This causes a conflict.

    - What outcomes have you observed from a conflict? A company operates and develop, there must be conflicts at a workplace. It helps evolve the organisation to positive or negative trend. It depends on the faculty of the management. The cause of conflict should be completely understood, studied in terms of positive and negative points. The management works out solutions to break down the disagreement.

    - What are some primary causes of conflict at work? They might be miscommunications, ways to deal with others. For instance, due to miscommunication, A wants to pay a close look at B's work to see whether A could help B. But B thinks A is curious, involves too much in B's job. For ways to deal with, A doesn't listen to others to understand a problem completely before answering, doesn't care for a client in customer service. These may lead a conflict.

    What I learnt from todays lesson is that there are many kinds of conflicts including Interpersonal conflict, Intrapersonal conflict and intergroup conflict etc. Moderate and medium amount of conflict is healthy and useful but high range of conflict or low range of conflict can escalate the problems and turn into clashes and quarrels and might be cause of disruption among the people or departments or organizations or groups etc. so we must be moderate to avoid conflicts and to make our lives and society peaceful and progressive. Its really remarkable
